Honestly - Symbolism or substance: Should we eliminate the nation's deficit and nearly $20 trillion national debt by returning to the pre-JFK top tax rate of more than 90% (why did JFK reduce it?), or would top producers refuse to work for less than a 10% return and move, as they are from California and as they did to duck the luxury tax on yachts, choosing instead to buy them south of the border? Thinking of all the jobs you've held, were they provided by poor people or successful people? As someone who grew up poor, I honestly need to know.
